Johnny was still at the wheel guiding the ship along. He' d been at it for only thirty minutes. Talking to a three of his friends as he saild along. Having a grand old time. Not aware of the situation going on over by Mariana.

Mariana climbed down and considered delivering a swift kick to his mid section but instead she contented herself with standing on his foot with her high heeled boot as she walked past crushing his toe. he yelped and she coudlnt help laughing.

An hour later, Johnny gave the wheel to his other in command and looked in on Mariana... He'd said he wouldn't do so but he was worried about her head gash. "Hey..." He said softly at the door way from his room. "Mariana... you alright..." Ever since he'd shown her what he was doing with the wenches he'd not talked to her and wondered what she thought of him. It bothered him some. Part of him wished he'd never showed her. He didn't know what he was doing that night. He'd felt closer to her that night than any other.

Mariana was asleep it had taken a long time for her to sleep shed been thinking about everything she realised now why the other men on the ship didint see her as a pirate they believed women were nothing and in reality she wasnt, she was just like that poor girl down there. she wanted to just get to spain and disapear.

now she was dreaming she was on the ship but she wasnt a pirate she was locked up in the brig and her father was the captain not johnny he was the one doing the slave trade. mariana cried out in her sleep hearing someone scream and woke up to find it was johnny at the door.

she was covered in a cold sweat and she felt terrible like she hadnt eaten for days. she turned and looked at johnny.

"nothing cap'n am alright just tiered"
